Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - peanut butter
  2. 1 cups - wheat germ
  3. 1 cups - dry milk powder
  4. 1/2 cups - honey
  5. 1/2 cups - flaked coconut

Directions:

Stir together peanut butter, wheat germ, dry milk and honey until smooth. Chill in refrigerator for half hour or until mixture can be rolled easily into balls. Roll in coconut.
