Peanut Butter Balls

  1. 1/2 cups - creamy peanut butter
  2. 3 tablespoons - margarine or butter softened
  3. 1 cups - powdered sugar
  4. 8 ounces - Ghirardelli melting chocolate wafers for coating


Stir together peanut butter and margarine. Gradually add sugar, stirring until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls; place on waxed paper. Let stand until dry (about 20 minutes).

In a microwave-proof glass bowl, heat melting chocolate wafers in 90-second increments, stirring each time, until melted and smooth. Cool slightly.

Dip balls into melted coating; let excess drip off. Place balls on waxed paper; let stand until coating is dry.
