Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons - margarine or butter
- 1 cups - sifted powdered sugar
- 8 ounces - Ghirardelli melting chocolate wafers
Directions:
Stir together peanut butter and margarine. Gradually add sugar, stirring until combined.
Shape into 1 inch balls; place on waxed paper. Let stand until dry (about 20 minutes).
In a microwave-safe glass bowl, melt the chocolate melting wafers in 90-second increments, stirring each time, until completely melted and smooth (alternatively, heat in double-boiler until melted). Cool slightly.
Dip balls into melted coating; let excess drip off. Place on waxed paper; let stand until coating is dry. Makes about 30 pieces.
