Ingredients:
- 5 cups - fresh peaches (about 9 med.) sliced
- 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
- 1 cups - sugar
- 1/4 cups - all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons - margarine or butter optional
Directions:
1. Mix peaches and lemon juice.
2. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir into peaches.
3. Turn into pastry-lined pie plate.
4. Dot with margarine (optional)
5. Put in crust and cover with crust. Vent.
6. Bake until crust is brown. Cover with foil until done if necessary.
