Peach Peeling Pie

Ingredients:

  1. - peach peelings
  2. - sugar to taste
  3. - cinnamon to taste
  4. - pie crust

Directions:

Peel peaches and put peelings into pan with water and sugar. Boil until tender.
Drain off liquid. Chop or blend peelings. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Pour into pie crust. Top with 2nd pie crust. Cook like an apple pie.
