Peach Orange Marmalade

  1. 12 - medium peaches
  2. 3 - medium oranges
  3. 6 cups - sugar
  4. - Pam vegetable cooking spray


Wash and peel peaches and oranges (remove membranes and seeds). Grind both.

Combine 6 cups of fruit with the 6 cups of sugar, and place in large pot sprayed with Pam. Boil 20 to 25 minutes.

Pour into sterile jars. Process in water bath for 10 to 15 minutes.
