Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sliced fresh peaches, nectarines and/or apricots
  2. 1 cups - fat-free milk
  3. 1 cartons - 6 oz. peach fat-free yogurt with no-calorie sweetener
  4. 1 cups - small ice cubes or crushed ice
  5. 1 1/2 cups - fresh or frozen blueberries
  6. 1/2 cups - fresh or frozen blackberries
  7. 1 cups - fat-free milk
  8. 1 cartons - 6 oz. blueberry fat-free yogurt with no-calorie sweetener
  9. 1 1/2 cups - fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
  10. 1/2 cups - fresh or frozen raspberries
  11. 1 cups - low-fat milk
  12. 1 cartons - 6 oz. strawberry fat-free yogurt with no-calorie sweetener

Directions:

1. In a blender combine fruit, milk, and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.

2. Gradually add ice through hole in lid, blending until almost smooth. If desired, garnish each serving with fresh fruit.
