Ingredients:

  1. 2 teaspoons - Oil
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  3. 1 pieces - Green Chilies Chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic
  5. 1/2 pieces - Ginger
  6. 2 pieces - Onion Chopped
  7. 2 tablespoons - Bellpapers
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  10. 1 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  11. 4 pieces - Potato Boiled
  12. - Salt To Taste
  13. 4 leaves - Cabbage
  14. - Mozzarella Cheese As Required
  15. - Cornflour Slurry For Coating
  16. - Oil To Saute

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, green chilies, garlic, ginger, onions and saute.
Add yellow bell-peppers, chili powder, amchur powder, garam masala, potato and salt and mix. Cool the mixture.
On blanched cabbage leaf, add stuffing and cheese and roll them.
Coat in cornflour slurry and shallow fry in oil. Add cheese and serve.
