Patrali Bhaji Greens: Finely chopped palak, methi, tandalja, soova, cheel, morad, luni, etc • Vegetables: Finely chopped parval, tinda, kankoda, bhindi, doodhi, beet root, cucumber, potatoes, yam, suran, arvi, cauliflower, cabbage, beans, mogri and radish Pulses: vaal, mag and whole gram Fruits: apples, raw banana, oranges, chikoo, sweet lime and pomegranate. • Chopped nuts: walnuts, almonds, cashew, raisins, figs and pistachio.

Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons - Thick Wheat Flour
- 2 teaspoons - Besan
- - Salt To Taste
- pinchs - Turmeric Powder
- pinchs - Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoons - Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Coriander Chutney
- 2 teaspoons - Oil
- 1 cups - Fenugreek Leaves
- 2 teaspoons - Curd
- 250 grams - Patrali Sabzi
- 1 leaves - Bayleaf
- 1 pieces - Dry Red Chili
- 1/2 teaspoons - Mustard Seeds
- pinchs - Turmeric Powder
- - Water As Required
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 cups - Patra
- 1/2 cups - Coriander Mint Chutney
- - Water As Required
- 4 tablespoons - Oil
Directions:
In a bowl, take wheat flour, besan, salt, turmeric and garam masala, sugar, coriander chutney, oil and fenugreek leaves and curd and make muthia.
Fry them.
In that pan, add bayleaf, dry red chili, mustard seeds, turmeric, patrali bhaji, salt and water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now add muthia and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add patra, chutney and water and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
