Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - vegetable oil
  2. 3 cups - sugar
  3. 4 - large eggs
  4. 1 - 15 oz can pure pumpkin
  5. 1 cups - water
  6. 3 cups - flour
  7. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg, ground
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons - allspice, ground
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon, ground
  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons - cloves, ground
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  13. 1 cups - vegetable oil
  14. 3 cups - sugar
  15. 4 - large eggs
  16. 1 - 15 oz can pure pumpkin
  17. 1 cups - water
  18. 3 cups - flour
  19. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  20. 1 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg, ground
  21. 1 1/2 teaspoons - allspice, ground
  22. 1 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon, ground
  23. 1 1/2 teaspoons - cloves, ground
  24. 1/2 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans or 36 standard-size muffin cups.
• Whisk the oil and sugar in a big bowl; add in eggs, pumpkin, and water; whisk until combined.
• Stir in the flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
• Pour half the batter into each loaf pan (for muffins, fill muffin pans almost to the top with batter).
• Bake the loaves for 1 hour, or until a pick comes out clean; bake the muffins for 30-35 minutes.
