Pasta with Sausage and Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - sausage
  2. 2 - medium green or red bell peppers chopped
  3. 1 - medium onion chopped
  4. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  5. 1 cups - half and half
  6. 1/4 cups - chopped parsley
  7. 1 teaspoons - marjoram
  8. - salt and pepper to taste
  9. 10 ounces - fusilli pasta cooked
  10. 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan

Directions:

Cook first 4 ingredients (sausage, bell peppers, onion and garlic) in skillet for about 8 minutes. Drain drippings.

Stir in half and half, parsley, and salt and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened.

Pour over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan.
