Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - to 7 medium ripe tomatoes peeled, seeded
  2. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  3. 1 - small onion chopped finely
  4. 8 - large basil leaves chopped
  5. 1 tablespoons - finely chopped fresh oregano
  6. 1 teaspoons - finely chopped fresh rosemary
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  8. - freshly ground black pepper
  9. 1/4 cups - olive oil
  10. - juice from 1 small lemon strained
  11. 1 pounds - pasta cooked

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except pasta together in a large bowl and let stand at room temperature.

Cook pasta. Drain and toss with sauce.

Serve immediately.
