Pasta with Beef and Beans

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - Ground beef
  2. 1 cups - Chopped onion
  3. 2 teaspoons - Minced garlic
  4. 15 1/2 ounces - Great northern beans rinsed, drained
  5. 14 1/2 ounces - Italian-style diced tomatoes undrained
  6. 14 ounces - Ready-to-serve beef broth
  7. 1 1/2 cups - Refridgerated five cheese ravioli
  8. 2 cups - Broccoli florets
  9. - Salt and pepper as desired
  10. 1/2 cups - Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into ¾-inch crumbles. Pour off drippings.

Stir in beans, tomatoes, broth, and pasta; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 12 minutes. Stir in broccoli; continue simmering, covered, 5 minutes or until pasta and broccoli are just tender.

Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Sprinkle with cheese.
