    Do not use broccoli pieces. Florets add the best flavor. It is a good idea to keep a little extra half and half on hand for thinning the sauce if it gets too thick. Cracked pepper adds a great amount of flavor to the sauce.

  1. 16 ounces - broccoli florets steamed
  2. 16 ounces - medium shell noodles boiled
  3. 2 sticks - butter
  4. 6 ounces - provel rope cheese
  5. 6 tablespoons - Parmesan & Romano Cheese
  6. 1 quarts - half and half
  7. 1 tablespoons - corn starch
  8. 1 tablespoons - minced garlic
  9. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  10. - salt and pepper
  11. 16 ounces - broccoli florets steamed
  12. 16 ounces - medium shell noodles boiled
  13. 2 sticks - butter
  14. 6 ounces - provel rope cheese
  15. 6 tablespoons - Parmesan & Romano Cheese
  16. 1 quarts - half and half
  17. 1 tablespoons - corn starch
  18. 1 tablespoons - minced garlic
  19. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  20. - salt and pepper

Directions:

Boil noodles (in salted water) and salt and steam broccoli while preparing white sauce. Melt butter over low to medium heat in medium sized pot, add minced garlic, half and half (set aside about 1 cup half and half), add both cheeses and stir constantly until all is thoroughly mixed. Add powdered garlic to taste. Mix remaining half and half with 1 heaping tablespoon of corn starch and stir until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper (It's best to use fresh cracked pepper) to taste. If sauce seems a little bland, add more garlic powder and/or Parmesan/Romano cheese. Cut broccoli florets into bite size pieces and add to pasta. Pour sauce over all and serve.
