Parmesan Thyme Crisps

  1. 1 cups - freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  2. 2 tablespoons - snipped fresh thyme


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line two or three large baking sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Using 2- to 3-inch triangular or round cookie cutters as a guide, draw 2- to 3-inch triangles or circles 1 inch apart on the paper or foil. Set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together the cheese and thyme. Divide mixture among triangles or circles, spreading to edges.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet until firm. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
