Parmesan Cod

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Cod rinced and put in a small amt of milk for about 1/2 hr
  2. 2/3 cups - mayonaise
  3. 1/4 cups - green onions chopped
  4. 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1/4 cups - parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat fish dry and cut into fourths. Spray an 8" square pan with vegetable spray. Mix the mayonnaise, cheese, chopped green onions and Worcestershire sauce and cover fish. Bake 15 -20 minutes until fish is starting to turn a golden color.
