Ingredients:

  1. 500 grams - Rice flour
  2. 100 grams - Moong dal
  3. 50 grams - Sesame seeds
  4. 5 grams - Cumin seeds
  5. 3 teaspoons - Red chilli powder
  6. 1 grams - Hing
  7. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 3/4 liters - Water
  9. 500 grams - Rice flour
  10. 100 grams - Moong dal
  11. 50 grams - Sesame seeds
  12. 5 grams - Cumin seeds
  13. 3 teaspoons - Red chilli powder
  14. 1 grams - Hing
  15. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  16. 3/4 liters - Water

Directions:

Pappu Chegonies Recipe

# Mix all the dry ingredients well in a container and keep it aside.

# Now take a deep vessel 2ltr capacity and fill 700 g of water in it and add 25 g of oil in the water

# Boil the water till boiling/steaming point. Switch of heat to the vessel.

# Slowly pour the above ingredients in boiled water and mix well.

Note: Pouring the flour and mixing should happen simultaneously.

# Cover the vessel with a lid and leave it for 30 minutes.

The dough is ready for preparing chegonies.
