Pappasito's Fajita Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  1. 2 sticks - Butter room temp
  2. 1/4 sticks - Margarine
  3. 1 - Lemon Juice cap
  4. 5 cloves - Garlic minced
  5. 1/2 cups - Dry White Wine
  6. 1 cups - Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:

Sauce wine until it starts steaming.

Combine butter, margarine, lemon juice, and garlic in food processor. After well mixed, add it to the wine in the saute pan. As you allow the mixture to heat, mix the whipping cream in a mixer until foamy, about 1 minute, then add to the pan.

Remove from heat and serve.
