Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Pancit Canton Noodles
- 1/2 pounds - pork cut into small thin slices (pork tenderloin)
- 1/8 pounds - pea pods or snow peas
- 1 cups - carrot julienne cut
- 1/2 - small cabbage chopped
- 1 cups - celery chopped
- 1 - medium sized onion
- 1/2 tablespoons - garlic minced
- 2 cups - chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 2 cups - water
- 1 - egg at end
- 1 pounds - Pancit Canton Noodles
- 1/2 pounds - pork cut into small thin slices (pork tenderloin)
- 1/8 pounds - pea pods or snow peas
- 1 cups - carrot julienne cut
- 1/2 - small cabbage chopped
- 1 cups - celery chopped
- 1 - medium sized onion
- 1/2 tablespoons - garlic minced
- 2 cups - chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 2 cups - water
- 1 - egg at end
Directions:
1) In a large pot, Sautee the garlic and onion.
2) Add the pork and cook until no longer pink.
3) Add shrimp and cook for one minute. Put pork and shrimp in bowl.
4) Sautee carrots, pea pods, cabbage, and celery in pan w/ onion and garlic. Add extra oil as needed.
5) Cook noodles in broth separately and add at end.
6) Combine vegetables and meat that were previously cooked and simmer for a minute or two.
7) Add noodles to vegetable and meat. Add egg to vegetable/meat/noodle mixture and allow to cook.
8) Garnish with green onion.
