Ingredients:
- 1 - Egg
- 1 cups - All-Purpose flour
- 3/4 cups - Milk
- 1 tablespoons - Sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 - Egg
- 1 cups - All-Purpose flour
- 3/4 cups - Milk
- 1 tablespoons - Sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, breaking up any lumps. Pour batter onto hot griddle. Flip pancakes when edges appear cooked and batter bubbles on top. Serve immediately.
