Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Egg
  2. 1 cups - All-Purpose flour
  3. 3/4 cups - Milk
  4. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
  6. 1 tablespoons - Baking Powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1 - Egg
  9. 1 cups - All-Purpose flour
  10. 3/4 cups - Milk
  11. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  12. 2 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
  13. 1 tablespoons - Baking Powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt

Directions:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, breaking up any lumps. Pour batter onto hot griddle. Flip pancakes when edges appear cooked and batter bubbles on top. Serve immediately.
