Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - milk
- 1/2 cups - water
- 2 cups - Millet Flour
- 1 cups - amaranth flour
- 2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 2 tablespoons - granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cups - canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
Directions:
In a Large Bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth. Ladle batter onto a hot oiled griddle. Turn pancakes when bubbles appear and edges are golden brown.
