Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - self-rising flour sifted
- 1 - cup powdered sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 - Tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cups - skim milk
- 1/2 cups - water
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients (flour and powder sugar).
Combine wet ingredients (egg, milk, water, butter).
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Heat griddle or pan.
Add ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with butter, margarine, syrup, non-dairy whipped topping, powdered sugar, or fruit.
