Pan- Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - all purpose flour
  2. 2 teaspoons - kosher salt
  3. 1 teaspoons - black pepper
  4. 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
  5. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  6. 12 - thin bone-in pork chops
  7. 1 cups - vegetable oil
  8. 4 tablespoons - butter
  9. 1 teaspoons - Cayenne pepper
  10. 2 cups - all purpose flour
  11. 2 teaspoons - kosher salt
  12. 1 teaspoons - black pepper
  13. 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
  14. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  15. 12 - thin bone-in pork chops
  16. 1 cups - vegetable oil
  17. 4 tablespoons - butter
  18. 1 teaspoons - Cayenne pepper

Directions:

Combine flour, kosher salt, pepper, seasoned salt, Cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow pan or plate. Mix them together. Sprinkle kosher salt and pepper on both sides of each pork chop and rub it in. Lay the pork chop on the mixture on each side to coat and lay on a separate plate. Heat the oil and the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pork chops on both sides until golden brown (should take about 2 minutes each side). Place them on a paper towel lined plate to soak up the remaining grease.
