Ingredients:
- 2 cups - all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons - kosher salt
- 1 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 12 - thin bone-in pork chops
- 1 cups - vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons - butter
- 1 teaspoons - Cayenne pepper
- 2 cups - all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons - kosher salt
- 1 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 12 - thin bone-in pork chops
- 1 cups - vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons - butter
- 1 teaspoons - Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine flour, kosher salt, pepper, seasoned salt, Cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow pan or plate. Mix them together. Sprinkle kosher salt and pepper on both sides of each pork chop and rub it in. Lay the pork chop on the mixture on each side to coat and lay on a separate plate. Heat the oil and the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pork chops on both sides until golden brown (should take about 2 minutes each side). Place them on a paper towel lined plate to soak up the remaining grease.
