Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cups - Green Peas and Mint Boiled
  2. 1 tablespoons - Ginger Chilli Paste
  3. 1 tablespoons - Amchur Powder
  4. 1 teaspoons - Black Salt
  5. 1 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  6. 1 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  7. 1 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  8. 1/3 cups - Paneer Grated
  9. 6 tablespoons - Bread Crumbs plus Chapati Crumbs
  10. 1 tablespoons - Coriander
  11. - Cashew Slices As Required
  12. - Mint
  13. - Chaat Masala
  14. - Green Chutney
  15. - Salad
  16. 1 cups - Spinach Puree Boiled and crushed

Directions:

Mix Spinach Puree, Crushed peas and mint, ginger chilli paste, masalas, paneer, crumbs, coriander.
Now make round kebabs. Add Cashew Slices to the kebab.
Fry till light golden in color.

Serve Hot.
