Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cups - skim milk
- 1/4 cups - low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons - honey or more or less, to taste
- 1/2 cups - fresh or frozen raspberries
Directions:
In a half-pint (1 cup) jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and honey.
If using a jar, place lid on jar and shake until well combined; if using a bowl, stir until well combined.
Add raspberries and stir until mixed.
Return lid to the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled.
Variation: Incorporate any fruit you like for more variety.
