Overnight Oats with Almonds and Strawberries

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - old-fashioned rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cups - milk (whole, almond, soy or coconut)
  3. 1 teaspoons - honey plus more for serving
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
  6. 1 cups - quartered strawberries
  7. 2 tablespoons - slivered almonds toasted

Directions:

Stir together oats, milk, honey, vanilla and salt in a bowl until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or up to 2 days.

Remove from fridge and stir. Top with strawberries and almonds. Drizzle with more honey, if desired.

(To add a bit more body before serving, stir in a spoonful of full-fat yogurt.)
