Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cups - milk (whole, almond, soy or coconut)
- 1 teaspoons - honey plus more for serving
- 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
- 1 cups - quartered strawberries
- 2 tablespoons - slivered almonds toasted
Directions:
Stir together oats, milk, honey, vanilla and salt in a bowl until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or up to 2 days.
Remove from fridge and stir. Top with strawberries and almonds. Drizzle with more honey, if desired.
(To add a bit more body before serving, stir in a spoonful of full-fat yogurt.)
