Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Quick oats
  2. 1/4 cups - Liquid (Water or milk)
  3. 3/4 cups - Plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1 cups - Fruit (frozen or fresh)
  5. 1 teaspoons - Honey

Directions:

Put oats and liquid in first. Mix. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in the fridge overnight.
