Overnight Layered Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 heads - iceberg lettuce
  2. 7 - green onions thinly sliced
  3. 2 stalks - celery cut fine
  4. 1/2 - green bell pepper sliced, chopped
  5. 10 ounces - package frozen peas
  6. 2 cups - mayonnaise
  7. 2 teaspoons - sugar
  8. 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan cheese
  9. 1 teaspoons - salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
  11. 1 pounds - fried bacon crumbled
  12. 4 - hard-boiled eggs sliced
  13. 2 - tomatoes

Directions:

Tear lettuce into bottom of the bowl.

Layer green onions, celery, peppers and peas.

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and garlic powder together and spread over peas.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Add bacon and eggs.

Cover and chill over night.

Just before serving, cut tomatoes in wedges and arrange around top of salad.
