I use this recipe when I have leftover sausage patties or bacon. It goes perfectly with a fresh fruit salad!

Ingredients:
- 6 - Eggs
- 1 pounds - Bulk Pork Sausage (May Substitute Bacon)
- 1 teaspoons - Dry Ground Mustard
- 1 teaspoons - Salt (if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 2 cups - Milk
- 1 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 slices - White Bread cut into 1/2
Directions:
In a skillet, brown and crumble sausage; drain and set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. (9x9 will work for thicker pieces) Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
