Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. peel and cube sweet potatoes into 1 in pieces. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss. Bake for 25-30 mins, tossing halfway through.
