Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Chips with Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 pounds - sweet potatoes
  2. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - chili powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - ground cumin
  6. - store-bought light ranch dressing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°.

Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick slices; set aside.

Combine olive oil with chili powder, salt, and ground cumin. Add sweet potatoes; toss gently to coat.

Cover a lightly oiled nonstick baking sheet with a single layer of potatoes; roast, turning once, until golden and tender (about 20 minutes).

Serve with store-bought light ranch dressing.
