Oven Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - brussels sprouts
  2. 3 tablespoons - good olive oil
  3. 4 cloves - garlic chopped
  4. 3/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Trim stem ends of brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves.

Toss brussels sprouts in a large bowl with the oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring occasionally until deep golden brown (about 30 to 35 minutes).

Sprinkle with additional salt, if desired.
