Oven Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - broccoli florets rinsed, trimmed
  2. 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  6. 1/4 cups - panko bread crumbs
  7. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut broccoli florets into bite size pieces. Place broccoli into a mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and panko bread crumbs.
Lightly spray with cooking spray or olive oil a large baking sheet.
Spread broccoli florets out in single layer on pan and roast just until broccoli is tender, about 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and toss with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately.
