Oven Pancakes

Ingredients:

  1. - eggs
  2. 1/3 cups - butter (half in recipe, half in pan)
  3. 1 cups - milk
  4. 1 cups - flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together. Put half of butter in pan and let it melt in oven, then pour butter in pan and bake for 20 minutes. Use 8 inch cake pan. You will know when it is down when the sides puff up about 2 inches and it is lightly browned on top. Cut in wedges and serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
