Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces - raw chicken breast
  2. 1 tablespoons - reduced-fat Italian dressing
  3. 2 tablespoons - seasoned bread crumbs
  4. - canola oil pan spray
  5. 1/2 cups - green beans
  6. 1/4 cups - garbanzo beans
  7. 1/4 cups - red beans
  8. 2 tablespoons - chopped onion
  9. 2 tablespoons - reduced-fat Italian dressing

Directions:

Toss 4 oz raw chicken breast in 1 Tbsp reduced-fat Italian dressing, coat with 2 Tbsp seasoned bread crumb and spray lightly with canola oil. Place on lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until browned and no longer pink inside.

Serve with 3-bean salad (toss ½ c green beans, ¼ c garbanzo beans, ¼ c red beans, 2 Tbsp chopped onion and 2 Tbsp reduced-fat Italian dressing)
