Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - potato chips crushed
  2. 1 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  4. 2 1/2 pounds - fryer chicken cut up
  5. 2 - eggs slightly beaten
  6. 1/4 cups - milk
  7. 1/4 cups - butter

Directions:

Combine crushed potato chips, salt and pepper. Combine eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces first in egg and milk mixture, then in chip mixture.
Melt butter in baking dish; add chicken (do not stack on top of each other) and cook at 325° F for 45 minutes or until tender.
