Ingredients:
- 4 - Pork Chops Trim fat
- 2/3 - onion Sliced Thin
- 1/3 cups - Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - Black Pepper
Directions:
Place pork chops in a pan and place bell pepper and onion slices on each chop.
Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with Foil and place in refrigerator for 1 hours.
Then place in oven at 375 degrees and bake for 3o minutes. Remove foil and flip pork chops and return to oven for 15 more minutes or until pink is gone.
Remove and let stand for about 5 minutes
