Ingredients:
- 1 boxes - Graham Crackers crushed
- 1 cups - Nuts chopped
- 4 whole - Eggs
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Butter melted
- 1 cups - Shredded Coconut
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Powder
- 1 cups - Milk
- 1 cans - Crushed Pineapple well drained, medium sized can
- 1 boxes - Powdered Sugar
- 1 sticks - Butter
- 3 ounces - Cream Cheese
Directions:
Mix together all but the filling ingredients. Pour into three cake pans (grease and flour the pans first). Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Filling:
Cream butter and cheese together. Add remaining filling ingredients. Put between layers and on top of cake; don't frost the sides.
