Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Ginger root peeled, minced
- 3 cloves - Garlic crushed
- 2 cups - Baby Carrots
- 2 cups - Baby Zucchini sliced
- 1 - Red Bell Pepper seeded, chopped
- 1 - Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 teaspoons - Chicken Bouillon granules
- 2 1/2 cups - Orzo cooked
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat oil over low heat. Saute the ginger root and garlic until deep brown, 4-5 minutes.
2. Increase heat to high, add carrots. Stir fry adding zucchini, bell peppers and bouillon until veggies are tender crisp, about 3 minutes.
3. Add orzo, toss to combine. Serve immediately.
