Oriental Shrimp Hors D'Oeuvres

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - Fresh shrimp Peeled & deveined
  2. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  3. 1 cloves - Garlic Minced
  4. 1 teaspoons - Ginger Finely chopped
  5. 1 teaspoons - Scallions Chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1 cans - Sliced pineapple

Directions:

1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.

2. Ad garlic, scallions, salt, ginger and shrimp. Cook, stirring briskly until shrimp is pink and just cooked. Remove from heat.

3. Place with each shrimp w/ a toothpick on top of quartered, sliced pineapple.
