Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups - plain instant oatmeal
- 1 cups - 1% milk
- 1 tablespoons - sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoons - powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoons - honey
- 1 teaspoons - ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoons - low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
Mix the oats, milk, almonds, ginger, honey and flaxseed in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with yogurt and optional fruit.
