Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - plain instant oatmeal
  2. 1 cups - 1% milk
  3. 1 tablespoons - sliced almonds
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - powdered ginger
  5. 1 teaspoons - honey
  6. 1 teaspoons - ground flaxseed
  7. 1 tablespoons - low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions:

Mix the oats, milk, almonds, ginger, honey and flaxseed in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with yogurt and optional fruit.
