Organic Baby Potatoes and Chickpeas

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  2. 2 cups - chickpeas cooked, drained, rinsed
  3. 3 - baby potatoes washed, diced
  4. 1 - finely chopped tomato
  5. - sea salt to taste
  6. 1 teaspoons - garam masala blend of ground spices
  7. 1 - jalapeno finely chopped, optional
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - baking soda
  9. 2 tablespoons - purified water
  10. - fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions:

Heat oil in saucepan before adding ingredients.

Add chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes, salt and garam masala to saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add baking soda and water, and then simmer for 7-8 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
