Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 bags - regular Oreo cookies crushed / broken
  2. 2 liters - Chapman's Vanilla Ice Cream softened and cut lengthwise through
  3. 1/2 jars - P.C. Chocolate fudge sauce warmed
  4. - unsalted peanuts
  5. - Cool Whip or whipped cream
  6. - crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Directions:

Place crushed Oreo cookies in bottom of 9-by-13-inch pan.

Place softened, lengthwise cut slices of vanilla ice cream over cookies.

Pour warmed fudge sauce over all to cover ice cream layer.

Cover chocolate fudge layer with unsalted peanuts.

Cover with Cool Whip and top with crushed Oreos.

Keep frozen; remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
