Ingredients:
- 3/4 - Cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 - tsp. vanilla
- 1 - tablespoon water
- 1/2 - cup Tang instant breakfast drink
- 3/4 - cup sugar
- 1 1/4 - cup vanilla chips
- 1 3/4 - cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 - tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 - tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Lightly grease or spray the bottom and sides of a 9x12 inch baking pan. (for thicker bars use a 9x9 or 8x8 inch pan)
Cream together butter, eggs, vanilla and water in a medium size bowl and set a side.
In a large bowl mix together tang instant breakfast drink, sugar, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add in egg/butter mixture and fold until blended.
Add in vanilla chips.
Spread evenly in your baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan. Cut into 2-inch squares.
