Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Fennel Seeds
  2. 2 tablespoons - Coriander Seeds
  3. 3 pieces - Dry Red Chilies
  4. 1 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
  5. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  6. 1 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  8. 1 tablespoons - Ginger Chili Paste
  9. 2 pieces - Onion Chopped
  10. - Salt To Taste
  11. 1 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  13. 2 tablespoons - Kachori Masala
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  15. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  16. 2 teaspoons - Sugar
  17. 3 tablespoons - Besan
  18. - Wheat Flour Atta Add some Semolina and Cornflour
  19. - Oil To Fry
  20. - Coriander For Garnishing

Directions:

For Masala
Roast the masalas until fragrant. Cool down to room temperature. Crush them together.

For Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan.
Add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and ginger chili paste.
Add onions and cook them.
Now add salt, amchur, garam masala, kachori masala, turmeric, chili powder and sugar and saute.
Now add besan and cook.
Cool it to room temperature.

For Kachori
Roll the puri for kachori, add stuffing and roll again.
Fry in heated oil till golden.

Serve Hot.
