Onion Blossom Mashed Potatoes

  1. 2 pounds - Potatoes Peeled cut into small pieces
  2. 1/2 cups - Whole milk and/or heavy whipping creams
  3. 1/4 cups - Unsalted butter
  4. - Black pepper, to taste
  5. - Salt, to taste
  6. 1/4 cups - Roberts Reserve Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip


In a lrg. pot add potatoes an 2 T salt and cover w/ cold water, bring to a boil over high heat. Lower heat to a simmer & cook potatoes until fork tender, about 10-15 min. Drain water from potatoes and place in lrg. bowl. Add all other ingredients and mash together.
