You can fill the shells by placing the cheese mixture into a resealable plastic food storage bag. Seal the bag and then cut off one corner, making the cut about the same size as the manicotti opening. Then gently squeeze the bag to fill the pasta w/ the cheese mixture.

Ingredients:
- 12 whole - Large manicotti shells
- 4 cups - Shredded mozzarella cheese Divided use
- 2 cups - Ricotta cheese
- 6 tablespoons - Fresh basil (or 2 T. dried basil) Chopped
- 1 jars - 26-oz. Spaghetti sauce Divided use
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan or Romano cheese Grated
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13X9-in. baking dish w/ nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse w/ cool water. Let pasta dry on paper towels.
3. For filling, in medium bowl, stir together 3 C. mozzarella with the ricotta and fresh basil. Using a teaspoon, carefully stuff pasta shells w/ prepared cheese mixture.
4. Spoon 2 C. spaghetti sauce int o prepared baking dish. Arrange stuffed pasta over sauce. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top of pasta. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
5. Bake manicotti for 15 min. Sprinkle with the Parmesan (or Romano); bake for 10 min. longer.
6. Serve immediately.
