Old Fashioned Granola

Ingredients:

  1. 5 cups - old fashioned rolled oats
  2. 1 1/2 cups - wheat germ
  3. 1 cups - shredded coconut
  4. 1 cups - chopped nuts
  5. 1/2 cups - whole wheat bran
  6. 1/2 cups - brown sugar
  7. 1/2 cups - vegetable oil
  8. 1/3 cups - water
  9. 2 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Combine oats, wheat germ, coconut, nuts, bran and brown sugar.

Combine oil, water and vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture and mix.

Pour into flat pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes until granola is golden brown.
