Number of Servings:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - pasta
  2. 4 tablespoons - butter
  3. 10 cloves - garlic, minced
  4. 2 teaspoons - Old Bay seasoning
  5. 1/2 cups - reserved pasta water
  6. 12 ounces - to 16 oz. Key West pink shrimp, lightly salted
  7. 1/2 cups - parsley, chopped
  8. 2 tablespoons - chives, chopped
  9. 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta as per package instructions in salty water. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, drain pasta and place on the side.

In a pan over medium-low heat add the butter. Once melted add the garlic, cook until soft and fragrant approximately 2-3 minutes. Do not let it brown or burn.

Add the Old Bay and cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing to ensure the spices do not burn.

Add the pasta water and simmer for 3-4 minutes before adding the shrimp. Cook the shrimp in the sauce (if opting for small key west pink shrimp 3-4 minutes or until done).

Add the cooked pasta, parsley, and chives. Toss to combine.

Add the Parmesan cheese, toss and serve immediately.
