Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - medium ripe bananas mashed
  2. 1 cups - uncooked Quick Oats
  3. 1/4 cups - chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray or use a non-stick silicone baking sheet liner.

Combine the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl; fold in the chocolate chips and place tablespoon size portions on the cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
